Hi, I’m Kev – a runner, dad, and occasional blogger who somehow finds the time to do all three.
Running Dad started as a way to rebuild fitness and clear my head. It’s grown into something more – a place to share real-life running, parenting in a neurodivergent household, pushing buggies up hills, and raising funds for causes close to home.
I’m not chasing medals or personal bests (well, maybe sometimes). This is about finding balance, making memories, and showing up – even when it’s hard.
If you’re here because you’re figuring out how to juggle life and still get the miles in, welcome. You’re in the right place.
